Sadly there are those who do not taking the meaning as you described. And the videos you shared should be considered carefully as many are propaganda and controlled interviews. Don't underestimate the lengths to which people will go.

It would be great if everyone followed your view of Islam. October 7th may never have happened and we wouldn't be seeing violence spreading into Western streets too.
