This is very true. Although the root cause of the problem is that people don't want to verify at all. They are quite simply content with being told what to believe.

Many people believe without questioning themselves. I see this so often when I pose just a simple question which causes them to freeze up.

There are so many Trump haters on Medium today. When I ask them to list a good Kamala policy I get no response.

I'm not taking political sides but this is what I see most in my timeline.
