The Tucker Carlson Vladimir Putin Interview
Did we do ourselves proud? How the West Freaked Out over the Twitter X Broadcast
No matter what you think of Tucker, Putin or even the interview itself, I’m not here to sway you. Instead what I found most enlightening about the interview was the level of hysteria it created in the West.
Did we, (the Western World), react with Pride and Integrity?
Did we demonstrate our own values of Democracy and Freedom?
Firstly there were warnings not to watch it followed by leaders and mainstream media firing out verbal attacks like a machine gun.
In many ways this was to be expected, but was any of this justified?
The level of character assassination was off the charts for such a short period of time. This is often the case when the intent is to diminish the opinion of someone they wish to defeat. This is understandable given the people involved and the currently ongoing War at stake.
But in what way did the Western Leaders and Media actually respond to the interview? Did they offer anything of substance? Did they respond well to the claims made by Putin? Were the attacks on Tucker justified?
