Assign tasks requiring the most brain power for the periods when your energy is the highest. You aren’t simply managing your time. You’re leveraging your performance.
The 3–2–1 Method
A lesser-known but highly effective technique is the 3–2–1 method:
- 3 major tasks: Focus on completing three significant tasks each day.
- 2 medium tasks: Handle two moderately important tasks.
- 1 minor task: Finish one low-priority task.
