I love this and it's so very true. So many yoga classes here are not what I consider yoga. You are in a position for a second before shifting into another.
It's like a dance routine ripping off yoga postures. 😄
Finally I found a few classes where a position gives you time to breath. Time to focus on the posture itself, the breathing and to focus on yourself.
I recently joined a class of 30mins yoga and 30mins Savasana with Crystal Bowls. It's so good! I've only fallen asleep in it once 😄
