We need to have engaged conversation.

So many people today have no interest in listening to a diverse range of considered opinions. Yet they say they want diversity.

Echo chambers filled with knowledge that extends only to what's in the headlines has left them confused and angry. And it's not surprising.

Even the Democrats and their voters publicly display their confusion and anger failing to understand why Trump won.

Whether you like Trump or not, if you are well read you will understand why.

With freedom of speech under attack it's no surprise we see violence.

Keep the conversation open and flowing.
