DEI is prejudice pretending to fight prejudice. It's all prejudice and wrong.

One problem with DEI is in Equity and not Equal Opportunity.

An example of Equity would be to ensure 50% of women worked in sewage while removing 50% of women from medical research. Are there enough women in society who want to work in sewage to meet that quota? And would women be happy losing their jobs in medical research to men?

It's quite easy to have fairness without legitimising prejudice. But Dems clearly don't want that.
